In the aftermath of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, many of us are grappling with anxiety from the uncertainty and disruption, as well as grief over losses to homes, belongings, and our community. At It Begins Within, we understand the importance of having a space to process these emotions, connect with others, and begin the path toward healing.

ABOUT THE GROUP

In order to help the community heal, we will be providing free support groups for residents of Hillsborough and Pinellas who have been affected by the recent storms. These groups will provide a safe and compassionate environment to share, reflect, and heal together.
